Overview

Set in a country manor house in the glorious 1930’s, the colourful cast of characters guaranteed to delight include – Bunting the Butler (Nicholas Smith – ‘Are You Being Served’); Colonel Charles Craddock with the prerequisite stiff upper lip (Geoffrey Davies – ‘Doctor in the House’/ EastEnders); the bumbling local inspector (Trevor Bannister – ‘Are You Being Served’) and his Constable (Richard Elis ‘EastEnders’); and a well meaning local sleuth Miss Maple (Anna Karen ‘On the Buses / EastEnders) who seems to attract murder wherever she goes.
