Our drama productions are built with emotional truth, scale and craft – adaptations of best-selling novels and critically acclaimed work that resonate deeply with audiences and critics alike. From Khaled Hosseini’s The Kite Runner (New York Times best-seller list for over two years), seen in the West End, on Broadway and across six countries, to Christy Lefteri’s The Beekeeper of Aleppo (The Sunday Times’ bestselling fiction list), premiering in 2023 and returning in 2026, these are powerful stories told with care, quality and a profound respect for the audience experience.
Pantomime follows that same philosophy – just with bigger laughs and brighter lights. Each year we produce 11 award-winning pantomimes, alongside supplying sets, costumes and props to around 40 more shows across the UK. They are created to pack auditoriums, delight generations and become the beating heart of your festive season.
From our 50,000 sq ft workshop – home to one of the country’s largest theatrical collections, with over 70 complete sets and thousands of beautifully crafted costumes – our skilled makers bring pride, precision and decades of experience to every detail.

Founding of UK Productions Ltd
UK Productions Ltd is established by Martin Dodd, with a mission to produce high-quality musical theatre, pantomime and dance shows nationally and internationally.
1995
First Major National Tour
The company mounts its first fully professional national touring production of Barnum and receives critical acclaim, expanding its reputation beyond its founding catalogue. This is also the yeart that the first UK Productions pantomime is produced at the Guidlford Civic Theatre
1996
First Pantomime Production
First pantomime production at Blackpool's beautiful Grand theatre, which started a partnership that has endured, resulting in over 30 Christmas pantomimes, and numerous plays and musicals, some of which premiered at the Grand Theatre prior to national and international tours.
2000
Expansion of Touring Musicals
UK Productions tours a string of major musicals including Barnum, 42nd Street, Carousel, Anything Goes, Fiddler on the Roof, Jekyll and Hyde and Beauty and the Beast with acclaimed performers, solidifying its place in UK touring theatre.

UK Pantomime Season
UK Productions presents seasonal pantomime classics; Peter Pan, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Snow White, Jack and the Beanstalk, Aladdin and Beauty and the Beast in multiple partner UK venues.

Disney's Beauty and the Beast
The company were honoured to be recognised for the production excellence and trusted by the Disney Organisation to produce their iconic musical Beauty and the Beast in the UK and overseas including Ireland, Malta, Greece and Malaysia.

Seven Brides for Seven Brothers
Seven Brides for Seven Brothers opens in the West End at the Threatre Royal Haymarket starring Dave Willetts and Shona Lindsay.

Expansion of Production Hire Services
Growth of the hire division including first-class sets, costumes, props and scenic cloths, available to professional and amateur companies nationwide, plus experienced workshop capable (bespoke builds and tour-ready stock).
