Richard Dale

Richard trained at the Arts Educational School, London where he was awarded a scholarship. He has just graduated with a BA (hons) degree in Musical Theatre. Whilst at college, roles included: Tejean in Petite Rouge, Luiz in The Gondoliers, Fairtone in State Fair, Teddy in The Full Monty, ensemble in Fosse and PC Taggart in Sherlock Holmes.

Richard recently appeared as Michael in the Peter Pan section and featured ensemble in A Spoonful of Stiles and Drewe at Her Majesty’s Theatre. Also was featured ensemble in Good Thing Going by Stephen Sondheim at Cadogan Hall, Sloane Square. He appeared in UK Productions’ pantomime Aladdin in Bournemouth and is appearing in Cinderella in Swansea this year; Stephen Sondheim’s 75th birthday show, Children Will Listen, at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane; William Russell in a new workshop of Nightingale; and Barbara Cook and Friends at the London Coliseum. He also recently danced for Prince Charles in the 100 years celebration of the Territorial Army. Recordings include the original cast recording of the new musical Spittin’ Distance by Grant Olding.
