Lucy Garrioch

Lucy, from Tunbridge Wells, started her training in the National Youth Music Theatre with the UK tour of Oklahoma! She went on to train professionally at Arts Educational where she received a BA (hons) in Musical Theatre.

Credits include: Wendy in Peter Pan alongside Ron Moody; Dana in Stiles and Drewe’s Soho Cinders; Mavis in the RNT workshop of Feather Boy; the original recording of Just So; Bird Girl in the European premiere of Seussical; and Dorothy Brock in 42nd Street.

Lucy was lucky enough to perform alongside Judi Dench in the 30th anniversary of Side by Side by Sondheim at the Novello; she then joined the Gilbert and Sullivan Opera Company in their productions of The Pirates of Penzance and HMS Pinafore at the Buxton Opera House. Lucy also performed The Pirates of Penzance at Kilworth House Theatre. She played Maia in the world premiere of Hermes and went on to perform in The Wizard of Oz (RSC) at the West Yorkshire Playhouse. She also played Vivian in the workshop and recording of Pretty Woman the Musical; Marilyn Monroe in the workshop of Bonnie Greer’s play Marilyn and Ella; and Star Child in the workshop and recording of Moonshadow, Cat Stevens’ new musical. Most recently Lucy was seen in Independent Woman at the New Players Theatre and Copperleaf in the workshop of Sleeping Beauty at Sadler’s Wells.
