Laura trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, graduating in 2004. Before attending Mountview, she studied drama at Bristol University. She made her professional debut in Thoroughly Modern Millie (number one UK tour) in which she understudied the role of Millie, and played the role of Alice. Other theatre credits include: the title role of Cinderella in Cinderella (Assembly Halls, Tunbridge Wells and Festival Theatre, Malvern); Maria in West Side Story (Aberystwyth Arts Centre); Clarice in The Servant of Two Masters (Michael Bogdanov, Wales Theatre Company); featured ensemble in the new Mal Pope musical Contender (Michael Bogdanov, Wales Theatre Company) and ensemble in Aladdin (Richmond Theatre, London). She also recently played Jane in a concert version of The Witches of Eastwick.
Credits whilst training include Linda in Blood Brothers; principal cast in I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change; Witch in Macbeth; Marta in Kiss of the Spider Woman and Kit Kat Dancer in Cabaret.
