Michael trained at Performers College in Essex, under the direction of Brian Rodgers. He is pleased to be back in the UK after four years spent in the Apollo Theatre, Stuttgart on The Three Musketeers, Elisabeth and 42nd Street.
Prior to working in Germany his theatre credits include: Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (London Palladium); My One and Only (Piccadilly Theatre, London); Babes in Arms (New Theatre, Cardiff); West Side Story (tour and Leicester Haymarket); 42nd Street (tour); Fred Astaire – His Daughter’s Tribute (London Palladium); and numerous pantomimes.
Michael’s television credits include: Michael Parkinson’s Christmas Special (BBC1); The Christmas Show (live on ITV); Proms in the Park (live on CBBC and BBC1); Hall of Fame (BBC1); Gaytime TV (BBC2); and The Mole (Channel 5). He has also backed Sir Elton John, George Michael, Gloria Gaynor, Michael Buble to mention a few and appeared in the Geri Halliwell music video It’s Raining Men.
