Gavin Lee Rees was born in south Wales before moving to London at the age of 11 to pursue a career in the performing arts. He trained at the Sylvia Young School before joining and graduating from Arts Educational, London. As a child actor he appeared in London’s Whistle Down the Wind, Oliver! and Peter Pan. He has also featured in various television work. Most recently Gavin played the role of Doody in the British and European tour of Grease.
