Katie McHardy

Katie was born in London and began her early training at Julie Sianne Theatre Arts in Byfleet. She gained a scholarship to the Arts Educational School London and graduated in July 2008 with a BA (hons) in Musical Theatre.

Her theatre credits include: ensemble singer in Good Thing Going: Simply Sondheim (Cadogan Hall); ensemble singer in Barbara Cook and Friends (London Coliseum); dancer in WhatsonStage Year on Year Awards 2008 (Lyric Theatre) and ensemble singer (featured) and dancer in A Spoonful of Stiles and Drewe (Her Majesty’s Theatre). Her recordings include: A Spoonful of Stiles and Drewe, recorded live at Her Majesty’s Theatre.

During her time at Arts Educational, Katie played a number of roles including: Monica/Miss Davenport in Me and Juliet, Yum-Yum in The Mikado, dance captain and ensemble in Tommy, first cover Margy Frake in State Fair, Guido’s Mother in Nine and Diana Morales in A Chorus Line.
