Carrie trained at the Arts Educational School in London and now lives by the sea in beautiful Lytham St Annes.
Carrie most recently played the role of Peaches/Baby Jane in Jerry Springer – the Opera (Cambridge Theatre, West End, number one UK tour and the BBC broadcast).
West End credits include: Jellylorum/Griddlebone in Cats (New London), Lady Jaqueline in Me and My Girl (Adelphi), Jane Ashton in Brigadoon (Victoria Palace), Lianne Dexhlmans in Gigi (Lyric), Consuela in West Side Story (Her Majesty’s), Lesley Pynchon in The Fix (Donmar Warehouse), Annie (Adelphi) and the Witch in The Devil and Mr Stone (Donmar Warehouse).
Other credits include: Carlotta in The Phantom of the Opera (national tour); Mavis in Stepping Out and Irene Molloy in The Matchmaker (Pitlochry Festival Theatre); Ida in Honk! and playing the only lady golfer in Golf the Musical (Byre Theatre, St Andrews); Glinda in The Wizard of Oz (Chichester Festival Theatre); Lady Jaqueline in Me and My Girl (Wolsey Theatre, Ipswich); Aspects of Love (Sydmonton Festival); Cathy in Company, Gloria in The Wizard of Oz and Pickwick (Northcott Theatre, Exeter); Miss Silkworm in James and the Giant Peach and Ruth in The Cheeky Chappie (Queen’s Theatre, Hornchurch); King’s Rhapsody (Churchill Theatre, Bromley) and the tour of The Pirates of Penzance.
