Eddie trained in performing arts at the University of Hertfordshire, majoring in musical theatre under the vocal coach, Ian McDonald. He graduated in 2001 with a BA honours degree in Performing Arts and was the winner of the prestigious Nigel Hawthorne Award.
Recent credits include: Flattop and u/s Rusty/Caboose in Starlight Express (Bochum, Germany); Wishee Washee in Aladdin (Campus West Theatre, Welwyn); principal vocalist in Mad About the Musicals (UK tour); Billy Fisher in Billy the Musical; Gigilo in The Rose and the Ring (Queen Mother Theatre); Nick Piazza in Fame (Gordon Craig Theatre, Stevenage); Freddie in Mack and Mabel (Palace Theatre, Watford); lead vocalist in The Twelve Days of Christmas; Man One in Songs for a New World (St Dunstan’s Theatre); Billy Crusoe (comic) in Robinson Crusoe (Welsh tour); lead vocalist in Chartbusters and West End in Concert (Show Providers’ UK tour); lead vocalist and dancer for Openwide International in the Cromer Christmas Special (Pavilion Theatre, Cromer).
Additionally, Eddie has cruised the world as principal singer for Openwide International on-board MS Carousel and MS Sunbird as well as contracts in various venues abroad. Shows have included: Dream Catcher, Broadway Lights, West End Nights and Revelations.
