Rebecca Marks

Rebecca began her training at the Bev-Lyn School of Dance in Cornwall. She later went on to train in drama at
John Moores University in Liverpool and then furthered her studies at Bird College of Dance and Theatre
Performance. During her training, Rebecca played numerous roles, most notably Eve in Children of Eden, Sarah Brown in Guys and Dolls, Lola in Damn Yankees and Louise Bigelow in Carousel.
Since graduating, Rebecca has appeared in the number one tour of 42nd Street, taking the role of Anytime Annie/
cover (and played) Peggy Sawyer. She took the role of Zelda Zanders/cover Lina Lamont in the latest UK tour of
Singin’ in the Rain. Rebecca has also appeared as Tiger Lily in Peter Pan at the Marina Theatre, Lowestoft, and the Princess in both Aladdin (Grand Theatre, Blackpool) and Jack and the Beanstalk (Pavilion Theatre, Bournemouth).
She has also played the title role in Snow White, both at the Anvil, Basingstoke, and the Pavilion, Bournemouth.
After spending the last year in South Africa, Rebecca is delighted to be returning to the UK to appear again
in the tour of 42nd Street. She would like to thank her family, friends and boyfriend for their continuous love and support and for always believing in her.
